"Education is the most powerful weapon which we can use to change the world." We believe change is the end result of all true learning. Our world is changing. The 21st century holds promise for a bigger and brighter future. The scope for growth is tremendous. All this can be attributed to the technological awakening witnessed the world over. We at Oxford, believe in utilizing the changing learning patterns with changes in the methods of instruction coupled with technological advancement which will go a long way in influencing the all round development of our students. We try to incorporate activities that lead to literacy, curiosity, inquiry, creativity and originality in their thinking process. We let nothing hold them back from exploring their wishes and aspirations. We make them believe in miracles and strengthen their belief in themselves. My teachers are the facilitators of these beliefs and miracles. With shifting paradigm in delivery of curriculum, they effectively handle the technological tools at their disposal. Our staff participates in a variety of workshops upgrading the knowledge base and latest trends in education. As said by Yeats, "Education is not the filling of a pail but the lighting of a fire." We at Oxford light this fire and keep it glowing. It is this fire, which is ignited here, that takes them to heights. But this is possible only in a stress free environment. Oxford is a perfect place for students to express their talents, originality and creativity in an unfettered manner to their optimal degree of performance. And a perfect place for teaching and non teaching staff to explore and contribute effectively. The whole purpose of education being to turn mirrors into windows. "We teach them to be Winners..
